Efficacy and safety of intensity Modulated Radiation therapy combined with Concurrent Chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of Recurrent Cervical Cancer

Objective: To evaluate the clinical value of intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy in treatment recurrent cervical cancer.
 Methods: This was a retrospective study. Eighty patients cancer were recruited and randomly divided into two groups: experimental group control group, 40 cases each at The Fourth Hospital Hebei Medical University from April, 2017 to 2022. Patients only given IMRT, while those paclitaxel cisplatin based on IMRT. All evaluated for efficacy, adverse drug reactions, differences levels SCC-Ag, CEA CA724 other tumor markers before after treatment.
 Results: total effective rate significantly better than (p=0.02). incidence reactions 40% 32.5% no statistically significant difference (p=0.48). After treatment, lower (p=0.00). three years survival 80% 55% (p=0.03). five 65% 42.5% (p=0.04).
 Conclusion: Intensity is safe regimen cancer, boasting reduced markers, increase improved three-years rate.
